A contract can be breached by either party, and many times there are clauses or provisions in a contract that provides for damages in the case of a breach. A thorough review of a contract should always be conducted prior to entering into the agreement, as many times there are terms and conditions that can be very detrimental to your interest. It should also be pointed out, that all items agreeed to while negotiating the contract should be checked to make sure that they are accuratly represented in the final contracts.
